Returns
- You may return your item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost to you.
